Abstract Submission Guidelines

 

Submission Instructions

  • All abstracts must be submitted via the official website using the online form.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be unpublished and written in clear English.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by the Abstract Committee.
  • The Committee’s decision on acceptance and presentation format is final.
  • The presenting author must be registered and attend in person. If different from the main author, please email [email protected]

  • To be eligible to submit an abstract, the resident must be registered for the congress.

Abstract Format

  • Presentation Format: E-Poster (Portrait, 1080pixel*1920pixel)
    • Title:
    In CAPITAL LETTERS, short and clear.
    • Authors:
    List as you’d like them in the final program. Underline the presenting author.
    Do not include any identifying information (names, countries, etc.) in the uploaded abstract document.

Content Structure

  1. Introduction – Background and significance.
  2. Objective – Aim of your study.
  3. Methods – Design, participants, tools, analysis.
  4. Results – Key findings and data trends.
  5. Conclusion – Summary and implications.
  6. References – Identify and provide the relevant references.
