Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Instructions
- All abstracts must be submitted via the official website using the online form.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must be unpublished and written in clear English.
- All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by the Abstract Committee.
- The Committee’s decision on acceptance and presentation format is final.
- The presenting author must be registered and attend in person. If different from the main author, please email [email protected]

- To be eligible to submit an abstract, the resident must be registered for the congress.
Abstract Format
- Presentation Format: E-Poster (Portrait, 1080pixel*1920pixel)
• Title: In CAPITAL LETTERS, short and clear.
• Authors: List as you’d like them in the final program. Underline the presenting author.
• Do not include any identifying information (names, countries, etc.) in the uploaded abstract document.
Content Structure
- Introduction – Background and significance.
- Objective – Aim of your study.
- Methods – Design, participants, tools, analysis.
- Results – Key findings and data trends.
- Conclusion – Summary and implications.
- References – Identify and provide the relevant references.
